Yes. Tilia supports time slots and sessions with a capacity limit. You organise the available places for each activity and time slot.
Does the ticket sales system also work for guests who pop in on the spur of the moment?
Yes. You can sell tickets both online and on-site. Ticket sales form part of the same planning process for your activities and sessions.
How do staff check a ticket on arrival?
Tilia supports check-in and ticket validation using QR codes. Your team can use this to check tickets when welcoming guests.
Can we also book school groups or company outings?
The activities module supports group bookings and event pricing. Discuss your group package and preferred pricing structure to determine the most suitable set-up.
Do I decide myself when an event can be booked online?
Yes. You manage the publishing process via the events webshop. You can prepare the range of products in advance and decide for yourself when the webshop goes live.
Can I manage event cancellations?
Yes. Cancellation management is part of the events webshop. We will tailor the procedures and terms and conditions for your activities to suit your specific requirements.
