As well as letting properties, can I also sell retail products?
Yes. The till supports sales at your leisure location, for example accessories, snacks or products in the shop. Inventory management is part of this module.
Does a member of staff have to look up every product manually?
You can scan products using a barcode or find them using the search function. This means both methods can be used at the counter.
Can a guest pay by debit card or contactless?
Yes. Tilia supports integrated payment terminals via providers such as Mollie, Adyen and Pay.nl. You can agree on the available payment options with your chosen provider.
Can I print a receipt or product label?
Yes. The till system supports the printing of receipts and labels. We’ll discuss the necessary printer setup for your shop or counter.
Where can I see what’s been sold through the till today?
Real-time dashboards provide insight into sales and transactions. For further analysis, you can use Tilia’s reports.
Can I process the sales figures further in a spreadsheet?
The reporting module supports export to Excel and CSV and provides sales reports. This allows you to incorporate figures from Tilia into your own analysis.
