Booking system integration
Booking Experts, synced with Tilia
Two-way sync between Tilia and the Booking Experts park PMS keeps availability and bookings aligned automatically, so double-bookings across the two systems aren't possible.
How does the Booking Experts integration work?
Tilia syncs availability and bookings with Booking Experts in both directions: a booking made in Booking Experts blocks that inventory in Tilia, and a booking made directly in Tilia updates Booking Experts, so the same unit can't be booked twice.
Holiday parks often run Booking Experts for accommodation reservations and want Tilia alongside it for the rest of the operation, retail POS, deposits, on-site activities, without keeping two separate booking calendars in sync by hand. The integration pushes availability changes both ways as soon as they happen, so a park's front desk and its online booking page always show the same picture regardless of which system a reservation started in. It's built for parks running both systems together, not as a replacement for either one.

Tilia is built by the Van der Linde Group, a recreation and leisure operator based on Texel, the Netherlands. That operator background, not just software experience, has shaped the platform since Tilia was founded in 2020.
Two-way availability sync
A booking made in either system blocks the same inventory in the other, automatically.
No manual reconciliation
Front desk and online booking page stay aligned without staff cross-checking two calendars.
